Refund policy

Each item is hand-made, made-to-order and is one-of-a-kind, meaning there will be small differences from item to item. We do not offer any returns unless a product is misrepresented or defective. 

In the case that an item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us immediately upon receipt with proof of the damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
